The user pack enables you to grant authorizations to a certain number of smartphone users depending on the package you choose. A smartphone user may have access to one or many locking devices.

To activate your user pack please inform us about:

Mail address of the Tapkey Owner Account that your license shall be activated for. Before the user pack can be activated, your account must already exist, please sign up and register at least one lock device first.

Important notes:

This user pack is applicable with the original Tapkey App and includes the free contingent of 5 users per owner account. E.g. buying a 10-user pack is considered an upgrade from 5 users to 10 permittable users in total.

It is not possible to combine several user packages individually. For an upgrade or downgrade, please contact our support team.

Note for integrators:

This package is not considered a license for any of Tapkey's integrator software products (e.g. Tapkey Mobile SDK). Using the Tapkey Mobile SDK requires a separate Integrator License Agreement, please contact sales@tapkey.com for such an agreement.
